LATE / NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are late you will be charged a “time lost” fee of 50% of your entire booked appointment.

This will also apply to “no shows” or cancellations on the day of the appointment.

This must be paid before you can book a new appointment.

We understand missed appointments cannot always be avoided, and this is not a lightly taken step, but the loss of income when appointments are not attended can be devastating to small businesses.
